Best: Help authors to improve their research manuscripts (format, ethical issues and results discussion) Help authors to publish their production and to improve their professional network Share the Brazilian nursing knowledge around the world!

Worst: 1-The authors that "abandoned" their manuscript...
2- The authors that consider the critics as personal offenses
3- The peer-review that accept the manuscript without read it.
4- The peer-review that accept to review and"forget" the review
5- The author that remember that the manuscript has a co-author, when the manuscript was already published!

Amusing: So many, but my English is too limited to tell one.
