Accomplishment: I am so proud of CONJ, the only nursing journal (to my knowledge) that is now totally bilingual for English and French and now includes a section on our website as well www.cano-acio.ca

Best: Working with authors and journal colleagues in both languages and watching the journal grow. Because CONJ is part of the Canadian Association of Nurses in Oncology (CANO) I am a voting member of this organization which keeps me closely involved in national activities related to cancer nursing.

Worst: Trying to get submissions to issues in on time!
