2008 INANE Program: Program Committee members have prepared a "tentative" program for the conference, but please know that we have room for additional presentations. We also need some speakers for the sessions that have been identified as follows:

(Both of these sessions are highlighted on the attached tentative schedule)

If you are interested in presenting one of these two sessions please email the Program Committee chair, Joyce Fitzpatrick at jjfitzpatrick@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Also email Joyce if you have additional topics that you would like to present and we will add you to the program. We have had a number of submissions for the program, and think that we have accommodated everyone who has offered to present a paper, but if your name and topic are missing please do not hesitate to contact Joyce.

Hotel Reservations: We understand that some of you have had difficulty registering with the hotel. If you have continued difficulty please contact Lara at lara.rossin@ceref.it

The hotel staff have indicated that you must contact them directly to reserve a room. They can be contacted directly by email at abanoritz@abanoritz.it. You must be sure to indicate that you are with the INANE conference to receive the conference rate for the hotel, supply your credit card and be sure to get a confirmation number. Your credit card will be used to hold the reservation, you will not be charged until you arrive. To assure a room, please register with the hotel no later than June 15, 2008. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the date of expected arrival in order to avoid a charge. The hotel will be closed for the month of July for renovations, but they will be able to respond to late bookings. If you are planning to travel and need accommodations in Abano prior to August 1, 2008, please contact Lara and she will provide information regarding alternate hotels.
